This is how we install brick layer reinforcement for your flower beds. Determining the area for brick edging We start by measuring the size of your space to determine how many bricks are required. It is important to know the right size of bricks that will cover one foot of the edging. Our brick layer machines produce sizeable bricks that suit different gardening needs. We demarcate the area that needs reinforcement with paint or a simple string. We know that mowing is difficult in sharp corners hence we avoid them as much as possible. Call (209) 600-7332 |

More On Manteca Bricklayers
Clearing the Space for the Bricks
Along the edges of the flower bed, we dig out a trench for installing the materials using a shovel. We ensure that the trench is wide and deep enough to accommodate and support the materials. Wooden stakes come in handy in making reference for the height of the bricks.
Placement
We place the bricks close to one another. Sand helps to level the edge even better. The bricks need to be covered with soil but half an inch should be left to show on the surface. To secure the brick layer terrain, we use a rubber mallet.
